We created newwaterheater.com in an effort to simplify the water heater buying process for homeowners as well as eradicate the inflated prices you will see elsewhere. We use our buying power to get water heaters at a discounted price and pass our savings onto our customers. You won’t find a cheaper unit including installation anywhere else.
Are there any other costs I will incur?
The price you see on our website includes installation so whether or not there are other expenses will be up to you, the customer. The installation cost is paid directly to the installer who will do a free inspection and may or may not advise you of optional upgrades or fixes. Keep in mind these are optional and you, the customer, get to choose whether or not to accept to make any upgrades. Any upgrades made on site will be payable to the installer.
How soon can I get a new water heater installed?
You will see an estimated date of installation upon checkout but it can be as soon as 24 hours from the time of purchase. You will be contacted to confirm the installation date.
Does my new water heater come with a warranty?
Yes, the units are new and installed by a professional which means you will have the full manufacturer warranty.
How do I know what size water heater I need?
Most of the details you will need to select a new water heater will be located on your old water heater. Specific questions on our website will guide you through the selection process and choosing the right size as well as whether it is electric, gas, or propane. Who do I choose for installation?
We have local professional installers in your area. These contractors have been vetted thoroughly to ensure you receive the best service possible. Please be sure to review your installer on our website after installation is completed to let future customers know how they did!
Is there an installation guarantee?
Yes, the installation guarantee is provided through the installer. They will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your installation appointment.
